In 2019 he co-founded Brace for Innovation, an Australian and New Zealand distributor of the Exo-Ligament ankle support, of which he is the current director. "I started Brace for Innovation after finding huge success using the EXO-L ankle brace, a revolutionary new ankle support designed in the Netherlands. The fitting process involves a 3D scan of your ankle, which is then 3D printed to create your personalised brace. SPORTS DEVELOPMENT WORK
From 2016 to 2018 he worked as a community development officer for the West Australian Cricket Association [WACA]. He has also worked as a co-facilitator for the Developing Champions programme at Hockey WA.
