Highlights

He represented Argentina at the 1996 and 2004 Olympic Games, and was part of the Argentinian team that won gold at the 1995 Pan American Games in Mar del Plata, Argentina. (SportsDeskOnline, 19 Aug 2015)

He coached the Dutch men's team to a fourth-place finish at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, bronze in the inaugural 2019 Pro League, silver at the 2018 World Cup, and bronze at the 2018 Champions Trophy. He coached the Dutch women's team to gold medals at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, the 2014 World Cup, the 2011 Champions Trophy, and the 2011 EuroHockey Championship. He was also an assistant coach to the Dutch women's team that won gold medals at the 2006 World Cup and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. He worked as a head coach of the Dutch women's team from 2010 to 2014, and was assistant coach for the team at the 2006 World Cup and 2008 Olympic Games. He has also served as head coach and assistant coach of the Dutch U21 men's team. At club level in the Netherlands, he has served as head coach of the Leiden and Bloemendaal men's sides as well as the Amsterdam women's team.
