OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE
In 2016 she moved to the Netherlands as she was loaned to HC Oranje-Rood for one year. In 2018 she turned professional after she left Japanese club Sony HC Bravia Ladies, and played for HC Oranje-Rood one more year. In 2019 she returned to Japan and signed for Tokyo Verdy Club in June that year. She also spent time in Australia playing in the Hockey One League for Canberra Chill from September until November 2019. TURNING PROFESSIONAL
In 2018 she became the first female professional hockey player in Japan. "I played for the Dutch club, HC Oranje-Rood thanks to my company's understanding for the last two years [from 2016 until 2017]. HC Oranje-Rood wanted me to extend my contract, but I wasn't able to make a decision by myself as long as I worked for Sony. However, at the same time, I couldn't give up this opportunity, so I decided to leave the company after I contributed to their fifth title at the All Japan Championships in the 2017/18 season. Although I missed my colleagues who I had worked for seven years, I didn't have an option to reject the offer from HC Oranje-Rood in order to prepare for the best form by competing in the high-level league, ahead of the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo."
