INFLUENTIAL FATHER
He says his father Arne, who died from cancer in 2013, was a big influence on his handball career. "He was diagnosed last February [2013], and was operated on a month-and-a-half later. Unfortunately, [the cancer] was so widespread that it was not possible to stop it. He was never really a coach, but more of a team leader, he went everywhere with us and always supported me. It would have been fun to have him here still. I can not help but think of my father. It's a shame he can't see [me playing for Sweden]."(expressen.se, 27 May 2014)
