MOVE TO FRANCE AND BACK
After playing 13 seasons for Rhein-Neckar Lowen in Germany, he moved to France to join Paris Saint-Germain ahead of the 2016/17 season. "The decision to leave the Rhein-Neckar Lowen was definitely the hardest of my entire career. I didn't make this decision easy for myself. Everyone knows how important the club is to me as a native of Mannheim. After careful consideration, I came to the conclusion that I would like to try something new in my career and that the time has come for a move abroad." After three years in France, he returned to Rhein-Neckar Lowen for the 2019/20 season. "It's a return home. I am very happy that it worked out." (mannheim24.de, 15 Jan 2021)

ENTREPRENEUR
In 2013 he co-founded the fashion brand UANDWOO alongside Swiss handball players Andy Schmid and Marko Vukelic. In January 2020 the brand was sold to Atair, a German clothing company. In May 2019 he opened a restaurant with his friend Boris Antic called Cornelienhof Bistro, which is based in Mannheim, Germany. (Instagram profile, 26 Mar 2021; hmannheim24.de, 15 Jan 2021)
