INTERNATIONAL BREAK AND RETURN
She did not compete for the Hungarian national team between 2017 and 2021 due to recurring shoulder injuries and taking a break from the sport in 2018 to start a family. Her last appearance was at the 2017 World Championship in Germany, and she did not return to international competition until March 2021 at an Olympic qualification tournament in Gyor, Hungary. She gave birth to her son Levente in June 2019. "There are moments when I think I'm there again at the level before my shoulder injury, while other times I think I'm not. It's pretty hectic depending on my current state of mind. The break from the team and starting a family has clearly been good for my shoulder, it will never be 100%, but it is close enough to it right now. When I stopped for a while in 2018, starting a family came first. I still have room for improvement, but at least there is a lot of work to be done."
