He is a fan of road cycling and aspires to follow the Tour de France and other cycling races in a motorhome following his retirement from football. "It is already planned. Once I finish my career, I know that I will be at the Dutch Corner in L'Alpe d'Huez [part of the Tour de France] to experience the ambiance. I will go to all the mythical places such as the Chalet Reynard in Mont Ventoux. I also dream to be at the Arenberg Forest during the Paris-Roubaix or at the Mur de Huy [during the Belgian Fleche Wallonne road cycling race]. And there is also the Tro Bro Leon, a sort of Paris-Roubaix in Brittany. That's a race that makes me dream." (leparisien.fr, 28 Dec 2019)

ANIMAL ACTIVIST
He has worked as an ambassador for the Frederic Gaillannea Foundation, an organisation that provides guide dogs for blind children in France. He has also participated in a campaign for the Society for the Protection of Animals [SPA], an animal protection organisation in France. "We use visuals reminiscent of the football video game FIFA, and we symbolically note the qualities of the animals. Then we post them on social media. It's cool because if it can allow a person to take an interest in dogs, it's won. Maybe it will give someone the idea of going to the SPA." (objectifgard.com, 03 Feb 2020)

CLUB CAREER
A product of the ESTAC Troyes academy, he was loaned to Girondins de Bordeaux in January 2016, before the move was made permanent in July 2016. Girondins de Bordeaux then loaned him to French club Clermont Foot 63 for the 2017/18 season and to French club Nimes Olympique during the 2018/19 and 2019/20 seasons. In July 2020 he moved French club Angers SCO on a permanent deal. "I did not have the opportunity to start [at Bordeaux]. And I was really looking for a number one position and to be trusted.
