ENGLAND TO AUSTRALIA AND BACK
Born in Great Britain, he spent most of his childhood in Australia before returning to England at age 23. In 2001 he worked with the Bell family in Cheshire before opening Aspen Grove dressage stables in 2004. "I have a British passport but I grew up in Australia and it felt like home. But although I had residency there I never took out Australian citizenship. I would have had to move back there to get an Australian passport but by then my business was already established over here, so I couldn't."
