OCCUPATION
In 2017 he gave up his job as a software engineer in order to prioritise his canoe career. "They allowed me to have a lot of time off for paddling, do a bit of work from overseas and from home, and were super-supportive there. But ultimately, I felt as though I probably wasn't giving quite enough to the job or to my paddling, and decided to resign." He takes on contracting projects alongside his training. EDUCATION
