GIRLS IN SPORT
In November 2020 she set up an organisation called the Institute for Women's Sport in Serbia. "It is another important project, in addition to the women's basketball movement. We have expanded the story to other sports, because together with other athletes I want to influence new generations to play sports and develop healthily. The more girls play sports, the healthier our society will be." (sport.blic.rs, 02 Jan 2021)

EARLY DAYS
She is the daughter of Serbian coach and four-time EuroLeague winner Bozidar Maljkovic. She spent much of her childhood living abroad in Croatia, Spain, Greece, and France while following her father. Later, when she returned to Serbia she went to watch the training of the Usce basketball team on several occasions, until one day when the head coach asked her to lead the team for several days while he was away on a business trip. Her coaching career began from there. (pulsonline.rs, 01 Dec 2013)
