General Interest

General
FROM BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA TO SERBIA
She was born and grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina and played for her country of birth at junior level, but later got the opportunity to represent the Serbian national team. "At that time basketball in Bosnia was not at a high level, and I wanted to improve my skills, to progress further. I wanted new challenges, so I decided to join the Serbian team as they had the best players. I am proud of being part of this team, but I proudly tell people that I am from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina." (Elta HD YouTube channel, 08 Oct 2019)

PLAYING IN TURKEY
Since 2014 she has played for several clubs in Turkey, including Kadinlar Basketbol Super Ligi [KBSL] teams Samsun, Istanbul Universitesi and Izmit Belediyespor. "The quality of women's basketball in Turkey is extremely high and I feel good in this country." (basketballsphere.com, 31 Jul 2019; blic.rs, 13 May 2017; Elta HD YouTube channel, 08 Oct 2019)
