She was appointed head coach of Phoenix Mercury in the WNBA in 2013.

She was head coach of the San Antonio Silver Stars in the WNBA for the 2010 season. She had been an assistant coach with the Stars between 2005 and 2009. She served as assistant coach with the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA from 2011 to 2013, and has also worked as an assistant coach with Russian League team UMMC Ekaterinburg during WNBA off-seasons.
