MEDAL COLLECTOR
When she won the 2019 EuroBasket with Spain, it meant she had won at least one medal every year since 2007 at a world, Olympic or European continental level, including both senior and age group tournaments. Her senior medals include silver at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. "I've been lucky, since I started when I was 15 years old, I've been able to be on the podium each year. It's something I've achieved with a team, it's not only mine. I'm part of the team. I've been lucky to coincide each year with a very good and competitive group of people." (marca.com, 02 Jun 2016; feb.es, 01 Jun 2016; laverdad.es, 18 Nov 2019; seleccionfemenina.feb.es, 09 Feb 2020; feb.es, 07 Sep 2019; as.com, 20 Sep 2018; Deportes Region de Murcia Twitter profile, 20 Apr 2020)

NICKNAME
Her nickname is Gladiadora [Gladiator] because of her size and intensity on defence, but she says her off-court personality contrasts the nickname. "I used to be shy, but over the years I have matured on and off the court. I'm honest, sincere and I like to be direct. I'm very empathetic and happy in general."
