REPRESENTING MEXICO
She played for the United States of America in 2017 and 2018, winning a world championship title and a Pan American championship gold medal. In 2019, after she did not make the US roster, she opted to joined the Mexican national team. She was eligible to play for Mexico through her parents, and was contacted by Mexican softball officials to make the switch. "Being in the [US] team meant a lot for me. And then, it was through. Now I realise that my goal was the Olympic Games. I didn't want to be 40 or 50 years old and regretting not having fought for my dream." (usdtoreros.com, 2017; danielleotoole.com, 20 Jan 2020; usdtoreros.com, 2017; azdesertswarm.com, 22 Jun 2019; espn.com.mx, 08 Aug 2019; teamusa.org, 2018)

FUTURE PLANS
She plans to retire from competitive softball after the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. "I've been thinking about it for a couple of years now and after that I will be ready to start my life. I think it's going to be very difficult. Softball has been in my life for 21 years. How do you just stop? But I have had a dream, an Olympic dream since I was eight, and if I do go it will be full circle and I'll have an easier time saying goodbye. My body is tired, I am always hurt or something, so that part makes it easier too. But I'm excited for the next part of my life, to be a wife and to have kids and to be a mum." (azdesertswarm.com, 22 Jun 2019)

COACH
She served for two years as an assistant softball coach with the University of San Diego in the United States of America. She also runs private clinics as a coach in the San Diego area. (usdtoreros.com, 2017; danielleotoole.com, 20 Jan 2020; azdesertswarm.com, 22 Jun 2019)

NPF DRAFT
She was drafted by the Chicago Bandits in the second round of the 2017 NPF Draft. In 2020 she was traded to the Cleveland Comets. (arizonawildcats.com, 2017; profastpitch.com, 11 Jan 2020)
