General Interest

General
OCCUPATION
She works at Simon Fraser University in Canada as a National Collegiate Athletic Association [NCAA] programme coordinator in student engagement and retention. "I can relate to student athletes and I really enjoy helping them. I have always had supportive supervisors at SFU who have allowed me to alter my work schedule. Sometimes I train during my lunch break, start work earlier, or end later. It actually helps my running to be able to focus on my work responsibilities. I'm a big believer in multiple goals in life, and multiple paths. I don't think I could only be a professional runner; I would need more in my life." She has previously worked as a patient care coordinator, a primary school athletics coach and as a general instructor, alongside various volunteer roles.
