RETIREMENT THOUGHTS
Speaking in 2019, she said she was contemplating retirement following the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. "I am not a young athlete anymore. I moved from the 'young and talented' category to the 'experienced' category. I want to perform at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo showing my very best, making it the best performance of my life. If I manage that, I might then end my career. I am not saying that is for definite, but it's possible." (onet.pl, 23 Jan 2019)

INJURY TROUBLE
She says her foot problem that required two operations was a major disruption to her career between 2012 and 2015. "I had to continue competing to receive financial support and I was winning national titles, but I couldn't show all I was capable of. I basically lost three years of my career because of that." (worldathletics.org, 27 Oct 2018)
