She won gold in the 4x400m relay at the 2018 European Championships in Berlin, Germany and gold medals in the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the 2019 European U23 Championships in Gavle, Sweden. He trained in judo, ju-jitsu, boxing and swimming until his parents encouraged him to try shot put. "One time I went to observe a training session under the guidance of my father, because I was curious. He had a group of shot put athletes, and I tried it and a few months later I came back to train on my own. Athletics was my destiny, as my dad trained in decathlon and my mum did the 400m hurdles."
