"It was a long time before I found myself in this sport. I previously did acrobatics, but the coach said that I was too tall and was not a good fit. I was offended and quit. I then tried other things like swimming and volleyball. An athletics coach invited me to train for several years, and at first I declined. Eventually I began training with her. We had a lot of disagreements, it was hard. I also had serious health problems. The doctors said that if I kept training, I would get injured, but I continued anyway.
