She took up archery as part of the National Archery Schools Programme while at middle-school in Texas, United States of America. At age 13 she was invited to a training camp for the Junior Dream Team, a programme that identifies young archery talent, where she discovered her talent for the sport. FUTURE PLANS
She hopes to become a coach after her archery career is over. "I'm passionate about the next generation of archers. The path I took was unique, but it takes a lot of people to the Olympics. I want to make that the most positive, encouraging, and easy track to follow for people pursuing the Olympics. Not easy to do, but easy as in the right way to get where they want to go.
