5-ON-5 RETIREMENT AND 3X3 COMEBACK
He announced his retirement from competitive 5-on-5 basketball in 2016, having played for several Dutch clubs and represented Canada at the World University Games in 2007 and 2009. His former teammate, Dutch player Arvin Slagter, suggested he try 3x3 basketball in 2019. "I never expected to start a professional basketball career again.
