In the 2017/18 season, Peslarova played with the men's HC Poruba B-team in the Czech Regional Hockey Championship, a lower tier men's ice hockey league in the Czech Republic. She became the first woman to post a shutout in a Czech men's league, denying all 13 shots on goal during a match against HK Novy Jicin.
Ice hockey goalkeeper Henrik Lundqvist (SWE), gold medallist at the Torino 2006 Olympic Winter Games, and the winningest European-born goaltender in NHL history during his career with the New York Rangers.
