Won pairs golds at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games.

SUI / HAN
Teamed up in 2007 without having any previous pair skating experience. Arrived at the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games as the World champions. Won the short program but made mistakes in the free skating and won the silver medal, the first Olympic medal in pairs for China since Zhao Hongbo (their coach) and Shen Xue won gold in Vancouver 2010. Two-time World champions (2017, 2019) and three-time World silver medallists (2015, 2016, 2021).

INSPIRATION
Inspired by Vancouver 2010 Olympic champions, Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo (CHN). They both started skating after watching them competing at the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Zhao is now their coach. (isuresults.com)

QUADS
Have landed throw quadruple Salchows and quadruple twists in competition. (isuresults.com)

INJURIES
April 2020: Han underwent hip surgery. Their only competition in the 2020/21 season were the world championships.
2018: Sui had a stress fracture in her foot. Missed the 2018 Grand Prix season.
2016/17: Sui had surgery on both feet in spring 2016. Missed the first half of the season.
2012/13: Epiphysitis. Missed most of the season as Sui was recovering.
