On the 2021 World Athletics Continental Tour, finished 5th at USATF Golden Games and 6th at USATF Grand Prix. Seventh at 2019 NCh, 9th in 2018 and 8th in 2017. Her older sister Gabriela DEBUES-STAFFORD has represented Canada in athletics, and competed in 1500m at the 2016 OG in Rio de Janeiro. Her father James STAFFORD represented Canada at the cross-country running world championships.

Her father, Zdenek Mezulianik, represented Czechoslovakia and later Czech Republic in cross-country, including at world and European championship level.

He suffered a heart attack, and when crossing line she saw him on the ground surrounded by medics.
