She has worked as a palliative care nurse at Houdan Hospital in France since 2010. "People think that we are just working in a place where people die, but that is not the case at all. My department is small with six patients permanently and we laugh a lot, even with them. They still have moments to live and we are there to listen to them and sometimes to joke. I am fortunate to have a job that is useful for others but also for me. It is not easy to train in the evening when you have been working hard morning and afternoon but I have always been ready to make sacrifices for my sport."
