His brother Tamas Lorincz has represented Hungary in Greco-Roman wrestling. He won gold in the 77kg category at the 2019 World Championships in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. His sister-in-law Emese Szabo competed in freestyle wrestling for Hungary at the 2012 European Championships in Belgrade, Serbia.
