He works as a personal trainer at a gym. "I mainly coach hobbyists who do CrossFit and want to improve, but there are also a few people who would like to compete in weightlifting in the future. I enjoy working with people, seeing them improve. The older generation of trainers tends to focus only on weightlifting and do not deal with additional exercises or physiotherapy. This causes injuries from overloading, it also caught up with me in my twenties. Today weightlifting is addressed in a broader context, which is the right way to go, but most trainers tend to work individually with clients who pay for it." (sport.cz, 06 Oct 2020)

SANCTION
