Her brother David Fischer has represented Austria in weightlifting, winning silver in the 105kg category at the 2018 European Junior Championships in Zamosc, Poland. Her father Ewald is a weightlifting coach and has been a member of the board of the Austrian Weightlifting Federation [OGV].
