RUNNING CAREER
In addition to triathlon she has also enjoyed a successful running career at national level in the Czech Republic. She has won medals at national championships in long-distance road and track racing as well as cross-country. "Although I swam competitively from the age of six, my strongest discipline in triathlon has always been running." In 2020 she said she did not plan to shift her focus to running. "Triathlon is still an absolute priority for me. Compared to running, it's easier to make a name for yourself at the top of the world, and I'm still one of the elite.
