Belarus made their world championship debut in the 4x100m mixed medley relay in 2019 in Gwangju, Republic of Korea. They recorded the ninth-fastest time in the heats and missed out on qualification for the final by 0.68 seconds.

The Belarusian team have made two appearances at the European championships. They swam the 12th-fastest time in the heats on their debut at the tournament in 2018, and were ranked sixth in the final at the 2020 European Championships, which took place in May 2021.
