COACH SPLIT
In November 2019 she split from coach Arpad Petrov, who she began working with in 2018, and confirmed initially that she would coach herself in the lead up to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. Her partner Mate Gelencser has supported her in her training and has accompanied her to international competitions before officially becoming her personal coach. CLUB FOUNDER
In August 2018 she founded the Iron Swim club in Budapest, Hungary. "The love of water and swimming has been decisive in my childhood. It has given me so much pleasure in the sport and movement that I have been aiming for. I would like this experience to reach as many people as possible." SWIMMERS UNION
In 2017 she set up the Global Association of Professional Swimmers [GAPS]. The union, which had the support of 29 professional swimmers from around the globe on its launch, aims to give athletes a voice on the direction the sport is heading and any future rule changes.
