TRAINING BASE MOVE
After seven years training at the Austrian National Training Centre in Sudstadt, just outside Vienna, he moved base to Graz, Austria in February 2021 to train with a group coached by Dirk Lange. "I spent a very long and successful time in Sudstadt. But now I feel that a change of location and coach makes sense for me, if I want to improve for Tokyo [Olympic Games]. Changes of coach are not uncommon in sport. I'm not leaving the training group in Sudstadt because of an argument. I still have an excellent relationship with everyone.
