RISE TO FAME
He came to the attention of the international skating community when he won the 2007 Tampa Am in Florida, United States of America, after entering as a virtual unknown. His father, Felipe, had sold the family's car to buy tickets to travel to the contest. "I got lucky and won. I was so stoked. I knew that was my day to try to prove myself."
