EYES ON TOKYO
He used his experience as the youngest athlete in the Czech shooting team at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, and the disappointment of missing out on competing at the 2016 Games in Rio de Janeiro, as motivation to earn qualification for the 2020 Games in Tokyo. "I went to London [2012] as a young athlete, nobody expected anything from me. I had more things in my head for Rio [2016]. Suddenly it wasn't that you could surprise, but you must. I got it on myself somehow, I wasn't doing well. I hadn't set it up properly, which I did toward Tokyo now. It is good to have a negative experience so that one can move [forward].
