RIO EXPERIENCE
She took a break from the sport after placing 16th in skeet at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. "I didn't shoot for five months. I've never had such a long break before. After a not very positive Rio experience, I needed a good mental rest. After the break I was looking forward to work again. The bonus is that some changes make us start again. I have something to work on and to explore. It's a good impulse. I still felt that I wanted to focus on shooting, I have an inner motivation." (sport.pravda.sk, 08 Mar 2017)

OTHER ACTIVITIES
In 2012 she was voted on to the International Olympic Committee [IOC] Athletes' Commission. She also served as an ambassador at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. "For the last seven years [speaking in 2019], my career has been significantly linked to the International Olympic Committee [IOC], which is equivalent to full-time work. I am very grateful to have received the trust from the IOC, That's an extreme amount, considering that I'm still active in the national team. I want to be available for the IOC as much as possible, as my work is very fulfilling. Managing and harmonising my activities has been very challenging. However, I am fully aware of the great honour of being part of a decision-making process on important matters." FURTHER EDUCATION
