OLYMPIC EXPERIENCE
He says he plans to use his previous Olympic experience to help improve his performance at the 2020 Games in Tokyo. "The Olympics is a huge circus and you have to be able to relate to that. In Rio [2016] at my second Olympics, it was much easier for me to stay focused than at the London [2012] Games, where I was constantly off course. For the 2012 London Olympics, the whole house of cards overturned for me. For the official training, just before we were due to compete, a huge thunderstorm erupted and I was not allowed to shoot. I thought everything was going against me, and I couldn't move forward mentally. That is not how I would react today, because in the meantime I have been through so much. I've had failures and successes, so I have a whole other routine to draw on." (dr.dk, 14 Nov 2019)

COACHING
He works as a shooting coach at Kobenhavns Flugtskytte Klub in Copenhagen, Denmark. (Kobenhavns Flugtskytte Klub Facebook page, 09 Aug 2020; Facebook profile, 02 Sep 2019; claytarget.dk, 01 Jan 2019)
