She has been affected by injuries to her knees over the years. "There isn't anyone in this sport who doesn't have problems with their spine. We have bones, joints and hips like much older people. FUTURE PLANS
In 2018 she said the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo will likely be her final Olympic appearance, but she does not intend to retire straight after Tokyo. "I do not intend to predict when my career will be over, although I probably will not be at the [2024] Olympic Games in Paris. I will definitely not hang up my rifle the day after Tokyo. I will still shoot for a while longer. But when this day does come, I have a few options of things to do. Milestones

Her bronze medal in 10m air rifle at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing meant she became the first female athlete representing Croatia to win an Olympic medal at the summer Games, and the first Croatian athlete of either gender to win an Olympic shooting medal.
