TOKYO PREPARATION
He is preparing for the 2020 Olympic Games with his personal coach Tore Brovold. "My coach Tore Brovold in Norway already has a plan. Tore wants me to train with the same machines - Laporte machine and clay targets - that will be used at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. I am trying to find a similar range to the one in Tokyo to train. I don't want to do anything drastic as Tore told me to treat it like any other tournament. I have to focus on the basics."
