She sails with Maja Siegenthaler. The pair first competed together in regattas in 2005, and have been regular crewmates since 2007. Both started out in an Optimist boat before moving on to the 420 class and then the 470 in 2011. "Our first year in the 470 was very eventful. The new boat brought a lot new responsibilities with it, which meant we had to grow. The strength training was more intense and harder. In every training session we reached our physical limits.
