General Interest

General
CREWMATE
He began competing with Stuart McNay in the 470 class shortly after the 2012 Olympic Games in London. "Stu and I have teamed up at an ideal time. We both already have Olympic experiences under our belts, have sailed the 470 for decades, and have woven in a healthy balance of other types of sailing and racing. Most importantly, we [were] at a beneficial intersection of youthfulness-in-body and age-of-mind that [allowed] us to take advantage of maturity and experience." (ussailing.org, 01 Jan 2019; sailingscuttlebutt.com, 29 Mar 2016; premiere-racing.com, 19 Jan 2015)

COACHING
He was a part of the US sailing team's coaching staff at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. (sailingscuttlebutt.com, 29 Mar 2016; pressherald.com, 31 Jul 2012)

FURTHER EDUCATION
In 2000 he graduated with a master's degree from the University of Wales in Cardiff. (sperrytopsider.co.uk, 01 Jan 2015)
