"We've been experimenting with training since before the 2016 Olympic Games. Most international rowers only paddle once a day as a workout, along with a lot of cycling or weightlifting. No one in Hungary had done that, but we switched to that method. There are days I don't even row, I just ride a bike for longer. At first, it was hard to hit the ratio between intense and lighter workouts, but now we're getting more and more into it." (redbull.com, 10 Apr 2021)

"What has motivated me during my career is that I am happy being a rower, I like this lifestyle, I like training, I like the races, and I wanted to continue that. So that gave me more motivation for the future." (Budapest Student Broadcast YouTube channel, 12 Nov 2020)
