In 2019 she and her Bulgarian teammates Laura Traets, Simona Dyankova, Stephanie Kiryakova and Madlen Radukanova were named Team of the Year at the Bulgarian Sportsperson of the Year awards after they won a silver and a bronze medal at the 2019 World Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan.
