She was spotted by coach Joao Abreu while she was at school. "I was about to play football with the boys, because I have always liked sports, and he asked me if I wanted to practise judo. I didn't know what it was, only that it was practised with a kimono, but as I've always been very curious I went and did a first training. I came back for the second training, for the third one...
