MOVE TO POLAND
He played for HBC Nantes from 2012 to 2020 before moving to Poland with Vive Kielce in 2020. "I arrived at Nantes at age 17 and I'm leaving at age 26, and in that time I got married and had two children, so I grew up here. It will always be a big part of my life. Maybe one day I will come back here, as it's where everything started for me and no other club could replace that. At Kielce I hope to win the Champions League. I think they can be competitive in the Champions League." His family moved with him to Poland. "My life is here [in Poland] now. I'm trying to learn Polish, I can speak a little but not enough to have a proper conversation. My son goes to school here, he is learning the language, so I better apply myself or he will be better than me. I came here to discover something new, a new culture, and it's not just for me - it's good for my kids too to discover something new." (handnews.fr, 30 Mar 2021; lnh.fr, 03 Jul 2020)
