CALF SURGERIES
In September 2016 he experienced complications following an unsuccessful surgery on his right calf. He underwent a further four surgeries in eight days to save his leg, which was at risk due to swelling from compartment syndrome. "The calf grew to double its size once we removed the pressure dressing. I went through surgery but it wasn't successful. They told me that I had got compartment syndrome.
