RETIREMENT PLANS
He plans to retire from competitive handball after competing at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo and then take up a coaching role at FC Barcelona Handbol in Spain. His retirement plans were put on hold following the one-year postponement of the Games due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and he signed a contract extension with FC Barcelona Handbol for the 2020/21 Liga ASOBAL season. "Living this experience [COVID-19 pandemic] has changed my whole perspective about how to end a sporting career. This was shocking at the beginning and has made me value certain things more, such as finishing it playing on the court or trying to compete at the Games." CLUB HISTORY
