He initially committed to enrolling at the University of Tennessee in the United States of America in 2015, but opted to turn professional instead. "I know that I want to bet on golf, and after a lot of thinking back and forth, I came to the conclusion that it is best for me to bet fully on golf. College is a very good programme that suits many, but I had little motivation at school.
