Turned professional in 2017
:
He began playing golf at age three. "I had some plastic clubs at home that I got from my older brother." (europeantour.com, 16 Apr 2021)
:
"I grew up skiing too. At the same time, I always played golf in the summer. My parents introduced me to golf and I was good at both skiing and golf. The training conditions were ideal for skiing in winter and in summer. I had good training conditions for golfing. I had a nice balance between both sports growing up. My father said I should make a decision and golf was what I decided to do. It's been my goal and dream to be a professional golfer ever since I was 10 or 12 years old, so when I turned pro [2017] that was pretty awesome and I can do for a living what I really like to do, so far it's been great." (europeantour.com, 16 Apr 2021; redbull.com, 03 Jul 2019; golfpunk.de, 01 Jun 2017)

Swiss tennis player Roger Federer, Austrian golfer Markus Brier. (matthiasschwab.com, 06 Dec 2020; europeantour.com, 16 Apr 2021)
:
"It's to be true to myself. I think once you turn pro or at least in my case, there are a lot of people or influences that a player faces from outside your team. Everyone is trying to help you but at points it can be too much information and you can get distracted by that. From me the best thing is to stay true to myself and stick to what I know I'm good at." (redbull.com, 03 Jul 2019)
:
He was named a Golf Coaches Association Of America [GCAA] First-Team All-American in 2015/16 and a GCAA All-America Scholar in 2015/16 and 2016/17. (vucommodores.com, 01 Jan 2017)

He was named All-SEC First Team in 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17. (vucommodores.com, 01 Jan 2017)

He was named on the Southeastern Conference [SEC] All-Freshman Team for 2013/14. (vucommodores.com, 01 Jan 2017)
