"Considering that playing professional football is a job, it means that I am the only one working at home. I was already supporting my family with my very first earnings at 17. The fact that I didn't grow up with a silver platter is what is pushing me so much into wanting to make the lives of my family better. We never went to bed hungry because my parents always tried their best, but no one was working at home and we were dependent on a government grant. Right now the whole family is looking up to me because I am the only one earning an income. They always push me hard and remind me at all times where I come from.
