RECOVERY FROM INJURY
She broke the femur bone in her leg in May 2019 and was unable to ride for about seven months. "Rehabilitation after injury was very intensive. For the first two months, I basically went to rehab three times a day. I honestly didn't realise it was a big injury. In the end, I just had to wait for the bone, muscles, and overall body to heal sufficiently. I couldn't start jumping regularly until December. To this day, rehabilitation and physiotherapy are what keeps me going, and I have to spend a few hours [on it] a week." (equichannel.cz, 19 Mar 2021)
