General
STABLES
In August 2017 she set up her own stables at her husband Claas Romeike's premises in Rendsburg, Germany. (hd.se, 01 Feb 2021; accuhorsemat.com, 07 Mar 2018; tidningenridsport.se, 02 Aug 2017)

FROM SWEDEN TO GERMANY
She combined eventing with a job as a lingerie saleswoman until the end of 2010. At that point she met German eventer Peter Thomsen at a competition. She tried working with him for a weekend and then resigned from her sales job. "Three months later I was training in Germany. Five years later, I know it was the right choice," she said in 2015. (dn.se, 16 May 2015)

MISSING RIO
She missed the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro due to a fractured pelvis and an injured hip joint. The following year she was part of the Swedish eventing team that won silver at the 2017 European Championships in Strzegom, Poland. "I think everything that happens can bring something good. I think I have become a little calmer and enjoy success more." (aftonbladet.se, 01 Dec 2017; expressen.se, 30 Nov 2017)
